• Payment and fees: Payment details provided during the booking process must be valid and authorised. Fees are outlined during the booking process and may vary depending on the service and the date of booking.

• Prepayment: An upfront payment of 50 percent is taken at the time of booking with the balance payable 7 days later before check-in. Full payment is due if check-in date is within 7 days of the booking.
• Damage deposit: We take a damage deposit of £100. Damage deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after check-out providing, we found no damage in the property.
• Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your reservation at any time. However, in exercising your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period to get a refund. • Refunds: A full refund is issued if a reservation is cancelled within the cancellation period (more than 7 days) before check-in date. After this time, no refund is offered.

• Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be informed promptly, and alternatives may be offered.

• User Accounts: Users may need to create an account for booking purposes. Protect your account information and notify us of any unauthorized access.

• User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during the booking process. Any changes or modifications to bookings must be communicated promptly.

• Privacy Policy: The collection and use of personal information are governed by our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
